Monthly Management Fee

It all begins with your monthly management fee. Starting at $260 a month for residential and $500 for commercial, we can create the perfect program to suit the needs of your property. The monthly fee includes, but is not limited to, weekly property inspections and checklists to insure your property is kept safe and well-maintained. Staff availability 7 days a week.

  • Fire protection systems

  • HVAC systems

  • Power & circuit breakers

  • Plumbing inspections and operational checks of appliances

Billed Hourly $70+

  • General labor

  • Lawn care / Landscaping

  • Snow removal

  • Minimum service charge -$70/visit

  • Small projects

  • Handyman services

  • Plumbing, Electrical and Carpentry

  • Glass / Window repair

  • Remodeling

  • 15% Fee on all subs and materials

Additional Services

  • Cleaning rates = $40+ per hour

  • Concierge = $60

  • Office Administration = $65

  • Car to the airport = $165

  • After-hours rate = $95 (2 hours min)
