Craig Keefe

Craig Keefe moved to Steamboat in 1998, knowing this was where he would raise his family. Three children and countless memories later, the Keefe family represents everything great about Steamboat. The family loves skiing, hiking, biking, fishing and enjoying time with family and friends. It is their passion for biking that helped create the name Single Track Management (STM).

Little did Craig know that working construction, remodeling and other jobs in the restaurant industry would one day lead him into property management. Craig learned the importance of personal service while traveling the world as Captain of the Veloce Yacht. He spent over 15 years managing a crew and exceeding the owner and his guests expectations. Combining his knowledge of housing and customer service, Craig applies those skills in making STM the best in the Steamboat area.

Danette Kimsey

Danette moved to the mountains from Oklahoma, fell in love, and never looked back. While living in a mountain town for over 26 years, she and her husband and partner, Eric, started their custom glass business 10 years ago and experienced firsthand the tremendous growth in the Yampa Valley. Danette’s attention to detail, commitment to quality products, and exceptional customer service are part of what sets STM apart in the property management industry. Her enjoyment of the unique Steamboat community has led to involvement with various organizations, including Colorado Mountain College and a seat on the Board of Friends of Chief Theater for 6 years. Her love for the mountains, and specifically ‘The Boat”, are second only to her love of being on the water. “Winters are great, but the water is where I belong and what keeps me in this beautiful valley. “ When not in the office, Danette can be found hiking with her pups, Luna and Elvis, cultivating her beautiful garden, and escaping to the nearest body of water.

Eric Kimsey

Eric has been managing properties in the Emerald Valley for 9 years, as well as owning a custom glass business for 10 years. For 13 years, Eric has been fine-tuning his craft as a Master Glazer. By working with some of the top contractors in Routt County, Eric has learned how to overcome challenges and pay attention to details. Eric’s love for the mountains leans more towards a mountaineer’s look at playing in the hills, which includes a background in Powderhound research. Peddling is fun, but his delight is an alpine morning with 6” of fresh powder. He loves the snow and all things winter, so it was only natural to end up in the land of Ullr, the snow god. “Champagne turns and Colorado dreams…. That’s Steamboat.”

Carl Reichenbach

Carl moved from his home state of Wisconsin to Steamboat in 2003 where he attended Colorado Mountain College and to live out his passion for snowboarding. Carl has over 17 years working in the hospitality environment working in maintenance and property management; if you were to ask his daughter what daddy does for work you would get the answer "he fixes things". A standout trait that chaperons to the Single Track Management experience is Carl's ability to provide excellent service to guest and clients in a friendly and responsive manner.

As it comes with the territory of living in such a beautiful landscape, Carl enjoys spending his winters ice fishing, snowboarding, and spending time with his wife and daughter. Equally in the Summers, you can find Carl on the weekends camping, out on the lake, or simply enjoying the sunshine sitting out on the deck.
